after all...that is what we do, Protect Families, Businesses and Property.

Security 1st has been protecting property and families with security monitoring for many years and has now teamed up with Al’s Quality Electric Inc. to become Security First Protection this has made us a stronger company. Al’s Quality Electric Inc. has been designing, engineering and installing Security and Fire Systems in up-scale custom homes and business since 1998 adding their experience with our expertise allows us to offer customers a greater menu of choices and a stronger security package.

In 2006 Al’s Quality Electric Inc. team up with Mr. William Gerlich of Security 1st and became what is now Security First Protection. This means that SFP can take care of all your security needs from design, engineering and installing to monitoring.

To Friends of William Gerlich: For those of you who know and love Bill Girlich rest assured that he is still a guiding force with Security First Protection.

A little history:

In the mid 1970’s William Gerlich and his wife had a very successful security monitoring business on the east coast. But, after a trip to the Northwest they fell in love with the area and relocated. Bill started Security 1st in Washington and became an active part of the security business community gaining many clients and friends along the way.

Al Valentini took time out from his Electrical Contracting business in the late 1970’s to serve as a Law Enforcement Officer and a Fire Fighter. According to Al “This was a highly valuable life experience”. He feels that his on the ground duty as an officer has given him a more in-depth perspective and appreciation for the value of security and fire monitoring.
